As founder and owner of New York’s The Grey Pearl, Nicole Ehrbar is at the forefront of what’s new and notable in the home and gifting space. In fact, since opening the shop, Ehrbar has become somewhat of a go-to for New Yorkers in need of gifting advice, bringing her discerning eye and knowledge of the home space to customers in the Greenwich Village shop. As Mother’s Day approaches, Ehrbar was kind enough to share a few of her current favorites — all by small, female-owned businesses — as she sets up shop up inside The Aurelian through May 16, offering members the convenience of shopping her picks and more right in the Atrium hallway. “It’s been incredibly rewarding to meet these women, learn about their journeys and provide them with a retail platform to share their work,” says Ehrbar. “Giving them space in the shop helps them build awareness and grow their business, while also offering unique and diverse collections to clients.”
