CULTIVATING MUTUAL RESPECT

The Aurelian serves as an extension of your workplace, and, in addition to adhering to our house rules, Members are expected to comply with their employer’s policies and conduct themselves accordingly. Members or guests who ignore or violate our house rules may be removed at the discretion of The Aurelian.

DRESS CODE

The Aurelian requests that Members and guests dress in smart casual attire. Save athletic wear, gym clothes, flip-flops, and ripped denim for another setting. Gym attire is permitted only in The Wellness Center.

SOUND ETIQUETTE

We kindly request that all Members maintain conversations at an appropriate volume level, respecting the comfort of others. While calls are permitted, we encourage the use of headphones to maintain a productive environment for all.

SMOKING

You and your guests are obligated to abide by The Aurelian’s no-smoking policy. Smoking or vaping is only permitted in designated areas outside the building.

Membership

How do I become a member?

The Aurelian is open to corporate employees who work within an Elecor Properties building. A signed waiver is required to activate your membership. Contact the concierge team at concierge@theaurelian.club to confirm your eligibility and get started.

What does my membership include?

The Aurelian membership gives you access to exceptional dining, wellness, and a full calendar of member programming, from speaker series and panels to pop-up shopping. Some programming is complimentary, some is ticketed. Members can also book state-of-the-art conference spaces, order catering to their office suite, and reserve The Aurelian for both corporate and personal events.

What are the membership fees?

There is no membership fee for tenants of Elecor Properties buildings.

Where is the entrance to The Aurelian?

Tenants outside of 1301 Avenue of the Americas should enter The Aurelian through the main entrance located on 52nd Street. Inside the building, members will be able to take the lobby escalator down to the concourse level and access The Aurelian near the MTA turnstiles. Tenants on floors 2–10 of 1301 Avenue of the Americas can select C in the F elevators and be taken directly to The Aurelian level. ADA access is also available for all tenants and their guests on 52nd Street.

Do I need a physical membership card to access The Aurelian?

Physical access to The Aurelian is the same as access to the member’s office building. Members either have a hard card they swipe or mobile credentials used at the turnstiles.

Can I bring a guest, and if so, how many?

The Aurelian is for members and their guests and is not open to the general public. If capacity allows, members may invite up to five guests. Members must verify their membership when registering guests. Upon approval, guests will be sent a QR code for check-in. Guests’ full names and email addresses must be provided at check-in. For members who wish to bring more than five guests, please contact concierge@theaurelian.club in advance. All guests must enter The Aurelian through the 52nd Street entrance. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to all house rules, and we require that members remain with their guests throughout their visit.

Are guests under 18 allowed to visit The Aurelian?

The Aurelian welcomes guests 18 and older. We require everyone to provide proof of age. No alcohol may be served to, purchased, or consumed by anyone under 21 years of age.

Are pets allowed in The Aurelian?

Only legally recognized service dogs and certified assistance dogs are allowed inside The Aurelian.

If I leave my job, will I retain my membership?

No. Membership is only for those who are actively employed by a tenant of an Elecor Properties building.

If I move buildings, will I retain my membership?

If you move to another Elecor Properties building you will retain your membership.

Dining

Do I need a reservation for dining at the Atrium?

We encourage reservations via The Aurelian tab of the app, our website, or by emailing concierge@theaurelian.club; however, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. Reserve directly.

Can I pre-order food for pick up?

Breakfast and lunch can be ordered from, and picked up at, The Café via mobile ordering. Please inquire directly with the Atrium team about to-go orders, and they will do their best to accommodate any requests.

Does the restaurant offer catering services off-site?

The Aurelian’s catering can be delivered to any office within an Elecor Properties building in midtown Manhattan. Reach out to the catering team to inquire, or book directly by emailing events@theaurelian.club. Order off-site catering.

Can I bring in outside food?

No outside food or beverage (aside from water) is permitted at The Aurelian, unless medically necessary. Alcohol is not permitted in the Wellness Center. Alcohol may not be removed from the premises.

What are The Aurelian’s hours?

The Aurelian is open from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.* The Aurelian is closed on all federal holidays.

How do I pay for classes or dining?

All members are responsible for their dining bills, which can be paid by credit card. Cash is not accepted. All classes are paid for using the Mindbody app, which can be downloaded through the Apple App Store for iOS users and Google Play for Android users.

Is there a laptop or phone policy?

Laptops are permitted throughout The Aurelian.

Members can also make phone calls anywhere within our space. We kindly request that all members maintain conversations at an appropriate volume level, respecting the comfort of others. We encourage the use of headphones to maintain a productive environment for all.

Is photography allowed in The Aurelian?

Members are welcome to photograph the space; when taking photos, we ask that you remain respectful of other members. Please note that photographers are often present at The Aurelian’s events. By entering the space, you consent to being photographed. If you bring in your own photographer, permission is required before publishing any images.

Reservations and Events

How do I reserve a space for a corporate event? Can I reserve a space for a personal event like a birthday or anniversary?

The Aurelian is available for Members to host both professional and personal events. Book a meeting room directly, or reach out to our events team at events@theaurelian.club for all event inquiries.

Is there an event planner available to help create an event?

Our dedicated Private Events Team is here to support your events needs. Please contact events@theaurelian.club.

What are my options for private dining?

There are two private dining rooms at The Aurelian: Private Dining Room East seats up to 14 guests, and Private Dining Room West seats seven. Both rooms include a screen for AV connection and the ability to customize the food menu. To book a private room, email events@theaurelian.club or submit a form.

Where can I see upcoming events?

We encourage all members to subscribe to our newsletter, where we’ll share upcoming member events. All events are featured on our website, our events calendar, and digital signage throughout The Aurelian.

Do I need to RSVP to events?

We encourage members to RSVP to all events, either through our website or by contacting the concierge.

How do I book a wellness service or class?
